3 days into Maui trip and my family started craving for Indian food. Just a quick scan on Yelp showed us this restaurant. Glad we tried this restaurant! We took Thali and Vegetable Biryani. Thali had good coverage with everything that we can ask for. Food taste was good. Biryani too was very good especially the spicy one that we asked for. Ambience is average but who cares? We are here for to fulfill our cravings. Quality of Service is good, didn't have to wait too much. There is ample parking space.

Very good food we got the thali set and vegetables momo loved the flavor definitely going back

Food was yummy, but they do not have alcoholic beverages. Overall the atmosphere and service were great.

We were craving some Indian food after being on vacation for 4 days and we were very glad we found this place. We got kanda bhajiya, malai kofta, cheese garlic and jalapeño naan which were all great. The qty is good too. Everything on the menu is expensive. The staff were polite and checked on us multiple times. We decided to bring back paneer makhani entree for our meal the next day, but the paneer makhani was very disappointing and the rice was not soft and cooked properly. Other than that the malai kofta and the naan were great. Good option in Maui if you are craving Indian food.

This is the first place in Maui worth a 45 minute drive from our resort. I would have been willing to drive this daily had I known about them sooner. The flavor profile here keeps to traditional tastes-rather than catering to a more "bland" profile I have experienced at some restaurants. I would highly recommend this to anyone that loves the richness, spice, and mouthwatering flavors of North Indian food.

I'm so excited that this former Lahaina restaurant has been able to reopen in Kihei. What a treat for people to be able to have their food again! My bestie and I had been wanting to try their food since forever. We finally got a taste and WOW, we will definitely be coming back. Our waiter was helpful and polite and the restaurant very clean. We love spicy, so we usually default to Thai or Indian. We ordered everything HOT and although there was some definitely some heat, they probably could have gone a little spicier. Aside from that, it was all so delicious. We started with the Samosa Chaat which was like a deconstructed samosa drizzled with all the amazing sauces you usually dip your samosa in. So yummy! Our mains were the Butter Chicken and Lamb Saag. We left here bellies full and cravings satisfied. We are planning our next bestie date here soon and can't wait to try more!

My brother and his wife wanted to try an Indian cuisine for dinner while visiting Kihei, Maui for our spring break vacation. We headed to Indian Grill n Curry FKA Yak and Yeti located on 1881 S. Kihei Road and was worth a visit. It was a Monday night so it didn't seem crowded, which was nice. The waiter, and maybe the owners, seemed nice and friendly. I really love that the waiter recommended and also explained the menu as we have basic knowledge in our Indian cuisine. It was a nice and quiet experience. I asked the guy where to find the serving aluminum like bowl and he jokingly agreed for me to take it home Don't worry guys, I didn't! We had curry fries, vegetable samosa, butter chicken, lamb biryani, palak paneer, chicken vindaloo, and ended with a sweet dessert, gulab jamun [fried dough balls soaked in rose water syrup]. Another must try place if you're looking for a bold and new experience dancing your tastebuds too.
